Shipping
Domestic
Vietnam only. We use Vietnam Post and it is usually delivered within 1 week. Freeship for Vietnam.
Standard International
The standard shipping fees start at $10 for the United States. Other country shipping fees start at 15$. We are not responsible for extra custom fees.
The parcel will be send by:
- Standard Vietnam Post Service: It will take around 2-4 weeks depend on your location.
- USPS Service: It will take around 10-15 days depend on your location.
- Royalmail Service: It will take around 3-4 weeks depend on your location.
Express International
This shipping option is tracked and often arrive within 5 – 7 days.
Due to COVID-19, the handling process should take about a week to ship.
You can check your package’s status by USPS, RoyalMail, SF Express, GHTK, VNPost or AfterShip
When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking code in your email address. Please check your email inbox (or spam folder).
Usually it should take 2-3 weeks for the package to be delivered. Sometimes, the tracking page won’t update for several days. This is a common occurence with international shipments. If you package’s status is marked as “Send receptacle abroad”, means that the package was arrived at your country, and should arrive within 2 weeks.
If it’s been 3 months since you receive your tracking code, and you haven’t received the package, please contact us, with your tracking code and order number, we will have the issue investigated.
